International Steak Festival at Ritz Carlton Jakarta
From July 2 to 14th 2008, Prime Steakhouse at Ritz Carlton Jakarta held an international steak festival which presentĀ 17 steak menu which use meat from 4 countries and cooked both with charcoal grill and classics way.

Beside this is also a celebration that US meat finally can enter Indonesian market again since three month ago and make an option for steak more varies, before steak meat only from Australia, Japan and New Zealand.
For the promo, Chef Frank recommend 4 menu to the guest such as Aus wagyu striploin grade “nine” 300 gm, US Prime rib eye 350 gm, US Striploin “Chasseur” mushrooms shallot and tomato juice and US Tenderloin “Diane” flambe at the table, with price range from Rp 280.000++ to Rp 1.100.000++.
And the sauces for steaks, which made in house, consist of bearnaise and hollandaisse (prepare for one service), beurre blanc and garlic butter (preparing when it order), peppercorn, chimichurri (bit hot) and roasted tomato, all sauces on demand.
As a company, Prime also provide its red wine selection which imported from South Africa, Chile, Australia, France and California with price from Rp 120.000++ to Rp 150.000++.
Prime Steakhouse have a 122 seat and open everyday for lunch from 12 am to 2.30 pm and dinner from 6.30 pm to 10.30 pm.
as an entertainment to the guest the restaurant also provide singing pianist with classic piano everynight start from 7pm but no service on sunday.
