Italian family recipes presented at Scusa restaurant

Luigi Girardin, new chef of Scusa restaurant which located at 2nd floor Intercontinental Hotel Jakarta, during December presenting his traditional family recipes.
Chef Luigi which graduated from National Hotel Academy of Castelfranco, Veneto Italy said during December, the guest will have an opportunity to rekindle the passion for good food and culinary enjoyment in the contemporary setting flushed with true Italian flair.
There are 3 set menu are presented, which start with Antipasto Scusa (duck meat salad serve with canary, grilled oyster and sliced of melon and parma meat) and Consomme’ di volatili con fegato grasso e passatelli di natale (warm soup with foie grass and passatelli).
Main course is filleto di manzo cin fegatto grasso, cipolline in agrodolce e focaccia e orzotto al tartufo nero (tenderloin roll meat serve with foie grass, black orzato mushroom, carrot, asparagus and marsala).
And for dessert, Chef Luigi present Souffle al panettone con gelato al rum e salsa alla canella (warm soufflé serve with rhum, ice cream and cinnamon) with praline chocolate.
